Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy sets StoryMe’s current shipping and delivery terms.
1. Digital PDF orders
Digital-only orders have no shipping charge and do not require a physical delivery address. The completed Digital PDF is prepared manually and sent by email and/or WhatsApp within 1–3 days. The Digital edition is not an instant automatic download.
2. Printed shipping fees
For an order containing at least one Printed Product, StoryMe applies one Printed shipping fee: UAE — AED 25; GCC excluding UAE (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) — AED 50; all other supported worldwide destinations — AED 65. Multiple Printed lines or higher quantity do not create a second StoryMe shipping fee for the same order.
3. Printed delivery estimates
Estimated total Printed delivery is 5–7 days within the UAE and 10–15 days to GCC and other supported worldwide destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees, and include StoryMe preparation/production plus delivery.
4. Address accuracy
The customer is responsible for reviewing recipient, country, city/area and delivery-address details before placing a Printed order. StoryMe may contact the customer if information is incomplete or delivery clarification is needed. Any additional failed-delivery/redelivery charge must not be imposed unless it is disclosed and legally/operationally supported.
5. Destination availability
StoryMe supports ordering to enabled destinations in the UAE, GCC and internationally. A destination may be unavailable where legal, carrier, safety or operational restrictions prevent fulfillment.
6. Customs/import charges
Customs or import charges, where applicable, depend on the destination. StoryMe will not claim that destination charges are included unless that is actually supported for the order.
7. Delays, damage and non-delivery
If a Printed order is materially delayed, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the order/description, contact StoryMe promptly. Applicable consumer rights and the Refund/Cancellation/Remake Policy remain available; this Shipping Policy does not remove mandatory legal remedies.
8. Mixed orders
A cart can contain Digital and Printed lines. The Printed shipping fee is charged once for the Printed-containing order. Digital and Printed lines may be fulfilled separately according to their format.
